The Santa Barbara Culinary Experience returns starting May 11 with a weeklong celebration of the region's food, wine, and hospitality scene. From intimate chef dinners and farm tours to tastings, classes, and the signature Grand Wine Tasting at El Presidio, this event highlights the best of Santa Barbara County while supporting local nonprofits and the community’s food system.
The Santa Barbara Culinary Experience was inspired by renowned chef Julia Child and her love of Santa Barbara. Created in partnership with the Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts, this event brings locals and visitors together to honor the bounty of our communities, famers, vineyards, ranches, and coastline.
