UCSB's Harder Stadium
Santa Barbara is hosting something special next week! The U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team will finish its January training camp with a friendly match against Chile on Tuesday, January 27, at 7 p.m, right here in Santa Barbara!
The game will take place at UC Santa Barbara's Harder Stadium, where the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team last played against the UCSB Gauchos decades ago in 1991, just weeks before they made history defeating Norway in the first ever FIFA Women's World Cup. Next week's game also marks the first-ever USWNT international match on the Central Coast.
This match is sure to be an exciting and historic return to the professional team's roots that you won't want to miss!
