The Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity is an educational organization and institution dedicated to inspiring creativity through their various arts and leadership programs. The Banff Centre held their first Mountain Film Festival in 1986, with a goal of sharing the worlds finest mountain filmmakers with a larger audience. Today, the film festival tours internationally, stopping in several cities including Santa Barbara!
