Santa Barbara Downtown Celebration
July 4th | 12 - 9:20PM | West Beach & Cabrillo Blvd
Santa Barbara's waterfront will host it's annual Downtown Celebration, with live music all day at West Beach, family-freindly activities, food & vendor booths along Cabrillo Blvd, and a 20-minute fireworks display over the ocean to close it out. Goleta's Drone Light Show
July 4th | 6 - 9:30PM | Dos Pueblos High School
This is a free celebration for in the Goodland for all ages, with live music, activities, entertainment, food trucks, kid's activities, and a VIP section. The night will end with a dazzling light show made up of synchronized drones creating stunning shapes, movement, and storytelling above the city. Learn More.
Concert at the Courthouse
July 4th | 5 - 8PM | Santa Barbara Courthouse Sunken Gardens
Enjoy a free outdoor concert from the at the beautiful and historic Sunken Gardens at the Santa Barbara Courthouse, Presented by the Pierre Claeyssens Veterans Foundation and PrimeTime Band. The band will perform "Sounds of America": live music spanning pop, rock, Broadway, and film. Bring a blanket and/or low-back beach chair any time after 12pm on the day of the event. Learn More.
Carpinteria's Community BBQ
July 4th | 12 - 3PM | Lions Park
Hosted by the Lions Club, this 60-year old Carpinteria tradition provides delicious tri-tip, chicken, and fixings at Lions Park. Also enjoy live music from The Rincons, raffles, lawn games, and family-fun. A great way to spend time with family, friends, and neighbors this holiday. Tickets are $20. Learn more.
Where to Watch the Fireworks Show

There are several amazing places in Santa Barbara to watch the Fireworks Show.
Santa Barbara City College: Provides an expansive lawn overlooking the ocean, great for catching the nearby fireworks.
Butterfly Beach: Observe the fireworks from the sand or from the walkway at this iconic Montecito Beach.
Franceschi Park: Take in the show from high atop Santa Barbara's Riviera, overlooking the city and night sky.
Elings Park: On the Mesa, this park by the beach offers a flat green setting and an unobstructed view of the sky.
