The Warrior Pool Foundation will be hosting several “Plunge and Pints” events this Summer to raise money to build a state-of-the-art pool at Carpinteria High School! The event begins at 6 PM with a plunge into the ocean, and is followed by a celebratory pint at Island Brewing Company from 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM. Plunge and Pints will happen on the first Friday of every month this Summer, with the next one being held this Friday, June 7th. 25% of all profits will go directly to The Warrior Pool Foundation.
Currently, students in the Carpinteria High School aquatics program use the city pool for practice and competitions, but having their own pool facility will allow for longer practices and more accessibility for students. Plunge and Pints is a great way to have some fun while supporting local high school students and faculty.
