Coastal Housing Partnership is a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting Santa Barbara and Ventura employers provide housing benefits to their employees. By offering these housing opportunities to hardworking locals, CHP also helps member employers attract and retain their valued workforce. Coastal Housing Partnership has been providing housing assistance to local employees since 1987, and has served thousands of workers since, with over 13,500 individuals becoming homeowners with their help. CHP currently serves over 50 member companies and has fostered a strong network of over 250 real estate professionals who are invested in giving back to the local workforce and community.
Among those 250 real estate professionals are DK Group’s David Kim and Devin Wong. David and Devin have been proud partners of Coastal Housing Partnership for a combined 20+ years, and have helped over 30 local workers purchase their dream home through CHP. Together, David and Devin have credited over $100,000 to their clients to help make their real estate goals a reality.
The Coastal Housing Partnership benefit is available to employees of CHP member employers when purchasing a home as their primary residence in Santa Barbara County, Ventura County and San Luis Obispo County. Check the full list of CHP Member Companies to see if you qualify. If you do qualify, you will need to verify your employment with a CHP Member Company by providing your Realtor with a Letter of Authorization to let them know you would like to use Coastal Housing savings.
