Pop star Adam Levine and model Behati Prinsloo put their magnificent Montecito estate at 700 Picacho Lane on the market earlier this month. Built by actor Rob Lowe in 2009 with architect Don Nulty, the 13,362 sqft turnkey mansion sits on 3.4 acres of flat land on one of Montecito's most coveted streets. The Georgian-style estate boasts several luxury amenities including 9 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, 2 guest houses, a tennis court, home theater, vegetable garden, breathtaking views, and much, much more. The famous couple originally purchased the home in March of 2022 for $52 million and have since undertook an extensive renovation of the home with Clements Design.

Levine and Prinsloo are now selling their home for $65 million, listed with Riskin Partners of Village Properties. Learn more about the property here.
