A custom-tailored MLS portal will be set up for you, allowing 24/7 access to property search based on your criteria. You can even be set up with email notifications to alert you immediately when a potential match comes on the market.
Boots on the Ground
We preview new listings in person to learn nuances that may not be obvious from pictures. At your convenience, we can arrange private showings so you can get the sense for a property without other buyers around. If you are the independent type, we can notify you of public open houses.
Pen to Paper
Once you've targeted a home, we'll strategically craft an offer based on our knowledge of the listing agent, the seller, the current market, your position, etc. We maximize your leverage to negotiate as favorable a deal as possible.
Congrats! Your offer has been accepted. Now the hard work begins. Lucky for you, we strive to insulate our clients from the stress. We handle all the documentation and inspections, and if any property damage is found we negotiate for repairs or credits. We're your guide in the journey.
